Luhaif Digitech is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our mission of scaling healthcare & wellness brands through high-impact digital campaigns.

🔹 What You’ll Do:
✅ Run full-funnel lead generation campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube)
✅ Optimize landing pages, ads, and funnels for maximum conversions
✅ Monitor KPIs like CPL, ROAS, CTR, and Conversion Rate
✅ Collaborate with design and strategy teams for high-performance creatives
✅ Present campaign performance and ROI to clients

🔹 We’re Looking For:
🎯 2–4 years of performance marketing experience
📊 Proven success managing multiple client accounts (preferably in healthcare)
💡 Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, GA4, Hotjar
🧠 Strong analytical mindset & communication skills
🧑‍💻 Background in agency work preferred
