BotLab Dynamics, incubated at IIT Delhi and recognized as a top 10 tech startup by DST, is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn)

  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams

  • Analyze performance and generate actionable insights

  • Maintain brand consistency across digital channels

🧠 What You Bring:

  • 2–4 years of digital marketing experience

  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Meta/Google/LinkedIn Ads

  • Excellent communication & analytical skills

  • Bonus: Experience in the events industry, and Google/Meta certifications
