🔹 Experience: 3+ Years (Meta Ads Experience Required)
🔹 Type: Full-time

🛠 Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, launch & scale Meta Ads campaigns (FB & IG) with performance KPIs

  • Conduct advanced targeting: interest, lookalike, behavioral retargeting

  • Perform A/B testing for creatives, copies, and landing pages

  • Analyze campaign data using Meta Ads Manager & Google Analytics

  • Prepare actionable reports with insights and recommendations

  • Collaborate with creative teams to craft high-converting ads

  • Optimize budgets for ROAS and cost-effective lead generation

  • Stay updated on Meta policies, trends & algorithm shifts

✅ Ideal Candidate:

  • 3+ years hands-on experience in Meta Ads

  • Strong skills in FB Business Manager, Pixel, UTM, GA4

  • Experience in high-budget performance campaigns

  • Strong analytical and communication abilities

  • Healthcare or performance-driven campaign background is a plus

  • Meta Blueprint Certified (preferred)
