Active RPO is looking for a detail-oriented, data-driven, and creative Email Marketing Executive to join our growing team. If you’re skilled in tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact, and love optimizing open rates, we want to hear from you!

🔍 Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Creating, executing, and optimizing email campaigns

  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and deliverability best practices

  • Customizing email templates using HTML/CSS

  • Running A/B tests, analyzing results, and improving future campaigns

  • Tracking performance with Google Analytics and other reporting tools

✅ You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

  • 2+ years in email marketing or a digital marketing role
