📌 Job Title: Website Developer & Digital Marketing Expert

Location: Pitampura, Delhi
Job Type: Full-Time (In-office)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

💼 Role & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for both technical and creative aspects of the foundation’s digital presence. Your key duties include:

  1. Website Development & Design:

    • Build new websites from scratch using HTML, CSS, and web design best practices.

    • Integrate payment gateways and ensure mobile responsiveness.

  2. Website Maintenance & Upgradation:

    • Enhance and maintain existing websites to improve speed, user experience, and functionality.

  3. SEO & Website Promotion:

    • Implement basic on-page SEO techniques to boost search visibility.

  4. Content Writing & Graphic Design:

    • Create web content and visual assets for landing pages and blog sections.

  5. Social Media Marketing:

    • Plan and run content campaigns across social platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

  6. Lead Generation:

    • Use social media and website strategies to generate and nurture potential leads.

  7. Branding & Awareness:

    • Support online branding, email campaigns, and donor engagement through digital outreach.

✅ Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

  • Experience:

    • At least 1 year of experience in website development

    • Hands-on with HTML5, CSS/CSS3, and responsive design

    • Experience in SEO and digital content creation preferred

  • Soft Skills: Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
